Aluminum die casting alloys are lightweight while possessing high dimensional stability for complex shapes and thin walls. Aluminum has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as strength at high temperatures. 
 

Production Capabilities 

1. Automated equipment can handle high volume casting jobs of up to 100,000 pieces per week

2. Manual machines for low volume jobs of as little as 500 pieces per year

3. Can cast from 0.02 to 10kgs

4. Single to Multiple Cavities

5. Most aluminum die casting alloys are offered such as ADC10, ADC12, A380, 383, B390, YL112

6. 10 die casting and gravity casting lines, each with an individual aluminum furnace-this allows

   us to cast multiple alloys each day

7. 7 sets of cold chamber die casting machines range from 125 tons to 800 Tons, 3 sets of gravity                    machines.

A: The MOQ for aluminum parts is 500 piece. 

Q: What do you need to make a quotation?

A: To make a good quotation should be sure by the following things:

 Existing samples or products drawings or 3D model data files.

.Your request for products you are going to make, including quantity, material, finish.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: For small order, we accept 100%T/T payment before producing. Total account is under 500USD, Paypal or West Union are available; 
more than 500 USD, wire transfer only.
Payment term for a large order : 50%TT of deposit before producing, and 50% before shipping.

Q: How long does it take to have products?
A:It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape and the quantity.
