Stick Industry Co., Ltd established in 2004, ISO9001:2015 certified. We have more than 16 years' experience of manufacturing and exporting all kinds of plastic injection parts, die casting parts and related moulds. With professional design engineering and modernized machining technology, Stick Industry can design and manufacture various complicated molds for customers in house.
Our technical knowledge and experience in moulding injection allow us to advice on the best solution possible for any project. Our technological resources and highly qualified staff, design, produce, and carry out the maintenance of the moulds, to ensure maximum quality and performance for their service life.In house design, drafting, material preparation and processing, heat treatment, wire cutting and assembly, allows us to make timely discovery and correction of any problems. After the assembly of our molds, we make a small trial run to verify that all key characteristics are met.
Our QC Department equipped with three-dimensional measuring-instrument, salt-spray-testing machine, vacuum measuring instrument,and more than 100 other gauge instruments.In order to ensure the quality,our QC members will carry out strict inspection at each stage.All of our operations are strictly compliant with ISO 9001: 2015 guidelines.

Mold Desigh Solutions
Before mold fabrication, we will analyze the customer's drawings and provide design change soluction if necessary. Mold
design will be sent for approval before each mold building. All of our tools are constructed to rigid DME and Hasco mold
standards.We utilize only high-grade mold steels from companies such as Uddeholm and International mold steel(P20,H13,
2344,420,S-7,718H,S136,etc).For the hot runner system,we use MoldMaster,DME, Yudo,etc.
We specialized in the design and fabrication of plastic injection mould, die casting mould, rubber mould. If you have any project

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory. We are experienced manufcturer, have our own factory and warehouse.
Q: What do we need if you want a quote?
A: Please kindly send us your 2D & 3D drawing of your product. We need the detail specifications as follows :

Q:How does the payment process work?
A: Our preferntial payment term is T/T
Mould Tooling : 50% down payment, 50% balance against the sample approval.
Mass Production: 50% down payment , 50% against the B/L copy
Q: How do I know about the production status?
A: We will regularly send some photos of moulds and mold progress report to our customers.
Q: How do I confirm the sample?
A: When the mold for your custom enclosure is cut, we put it on one of our molding machines and make a few sample
parts to send you for your approval. When you approve the sample parts we can move to the production phase of the process.
Q:How do we know about the deliery status?
A: We will immediately inform you the tracking number once we get it from shipping agent. Besides, we will update the latest shipping information.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Depending on the size and complexity of the moulds, the delivery time is 3-7 weeks. Mould tools are highly engineering and precision
pieces of equipment that take a lot of expert hours to produce.
Q: What is the Ownership?
A: Our terms indicate that you own and control the tooling, so you are free to collect your mold at any point whether we produce the plastic
parts or you have someone else produce them.
