Mold Desigh Solutions
Before mold fabrication, we will analyze the customer's drawings and provide design change soluction if necessary. Mold design will be sent for approval before each mold building.
All of our tools are constructed to rigid DME and Hasco mold standards.We utilize only high-grade mold steels from companies such as Uddeholm and International mold steel(P20,H13,2344,420,S-7,718H,S136,etc). For the hot runner system,we use MoldMaster,DME, Husky,Yudo,etc.

Our workshop equipped with 7 sets of hot chamber die casting machines. Ranged from 80 tons to 280 tons which can die cast zamak items from 0.02kgs to 5kgs.Our CNC milling and lathe machines can meet tight tolerance requirement. Our secondary machining capacity including CNC turning,milling,machining,grinding,drilling,tapping,assembly to final package.Equiped with 7 hot chamber zinc die casting machines, our production capacity is over 500,000 pcs per month.
We have more than 20 sets manual polishing machines and 2 auto polishing Lines.
Plating Department
Our plating line can make various plating surface treatment to meet client's request. Such as Bright Chrome, Matt Chrome, Nickle Chrome, Pearl Nickle, Gun Metallic etc.
The plating surface treatment of the part we do can pass the RoHS testing.

A: We are factory. We are experienced manufcturer, have our own factory and warehouse.
Q: What do we need if you want a quote?
A: Please kindly send us your 2D & 3D drawing of your product. We need the detail specifications as follows :

Q:How does the payment process work?
A: Our preferntial payment term is T/T
Mould Tooling : 50% down payment, 50% balance against the sample approval.
Mass Production: 50% down payment , 50% against the B/L copy
Q: How do I know about the production status?
A: We will regularly send some photos of moulds and mold progress report to our customers.
Q: How do I confirm the sample?
A: When the mold for your custom enclosure is cut, we put it on one of our molding machines and make a few sample parts to send you for your approval. When you approve the sample parts we can move to the production phase of the process.
Q:How do we know about the deliery status?
A: We will immediately inform you the tracking number once we get it from shipping agent. Besides, we will update the latest shipping information.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Depending on the size and complexity of the moulds, the delivery time is 3-7 weeks. Mould tools are highly engineering and precision pieces of equipment that take a lot of expert hours to produce.
Q: What is the Ownership?
A: Our terms indicate that you own and control the tooling, so you are free to collect your mold at any point whether we produce the plastic parts or you have someone else produce them.
